The process of Applying for FSSAI license is entirely online. There are three kinds of licenses, the FSSAI registration, the State license and the FSSAI central license. The procedure is the same as the following: You gather the documents and provide complete details about your food business in the FSSAI application form.
You submit the required documents. These applications shall be filed and given to the Local FBO. Then the FSSAI authority shall get the hold of the application and after proper scrutiny, your application shall be accepted. The time taken to obtain the license is fairly large and is about 1 to 2 years. Now, the difference between the three licenses lays in the documents that are needed to be submitted there.
